Job Summary

32.5 hours per week, term time only

As the largest primary school in the country, we are excited to be recruiting for a variety of roles to meet the needs of our rapid expansion. Following on from our recent successful Ofsted judgment (February 2015) we are seeking ambitious values driven professionals who are willing to work with us in our expansion and support us in driving forward the agenda for social equality and excellent provision for our children.

We are looking to recruit a child and family support worker for our Britwell Campus to compliment the work of our Inclusion team.  The role will involve direct work with families to support child development, including delivering Family Links or similar programmes.  You will promote good communication between home and school, undertaking home visits and regular meetings with parents and families.  Under the direction of the Inclusion team, you will act as the lead professional representing the school in a variety of multi professional meetings.  You will also work directly with other professionals in the community (such as health visitors) to ensure continuity of support for Claycots pupils and families. Experience of working with children and families in the community is essential.
