As the largest primary school in the country, we are excited to be recruiting for a variety of roles to meet the needs of our rapid expansion. Following on from our recent successful Ofsted judgment (February 2015) we are seeking ambitious values driven professionals who are willing to work with us in our expansion and support us in driving forward the agenda for social equality and excellent provision for our children.
We require a professional administrator to work in our Town Hall Campus, who will deliver effective information service to visitors, staff and pupils.
The successful candidate will possess excellent and clear communication skills and the ability to respond in a professional manner to a wide range of enquiries in a busy office environment.
Good ICT skills and knowledge of office support processes, Microsoft programmes and database spreadsheets are essential and experience of school systems such as SIMs would be desirable.
You will need the ability to prioritise workload, often working to tight deadlines and establish and maintain good relationships with all staff to ensure confidence in the delivery of the administrative support services.
You will need to ensure regular communications between school and parents are forthcoming and informative (e.g. newsletters) and assist with the preparation of school events such as parents evenings and open days.
You will be responsible for stock control and administrative resources, checking deliveries and ensuring accurate distribution of goods and managing internal and external post, displays and staff notice boards.
